Follow Friday | 02/13/15

Friday’s on the blog I’m choosing to celebrate a social media tradition born on Instagram: Follow Fridays.

The premise is simple - community is always better than competition. So on Fridays I showcase other content providers I admire and build each other up with networking and encouraging. I’m excited to share some of the people that inspire me, and hopefully introduce you to some great new content you may not yet have hear of.

Kristin Schmucker is a beautiful soul who’s passion for Scripture shines out of everything she does. Kristin walked through unspeakable pain with the still birth of her beautiful daughter Sophia, and yet in all of it maintained emphatically that God was good. Her strength and faith have been an inspiration to countless women who come across her incredible story. She shares her heart regularly on her blog and via her Instagram account, and she runs an adorable shop as well.

Blog | Hannah Brencher

Hannah Brencher is quite possibly one of the most beautiful wordsmiths of our generation. She has an impeccable talent for spinning beautiful stories of the everyday and dripping emotion from every sentence she crafts. At the age of 26 Hannah has already given an inspirational Ted Talk, been featured in the likes of the Wall Street Journal and the Chicago Tribune, and in March is launching her debut into the book world with her personal memoir, “If You Find This Letter.” Hannah is also the founder of The World Needs More Love Letters, which is (in her own words) “a global love letter writing organization that harnesses the power behind social media to write and mail love letters to individuals across the globe.” If you aren’t following her blog or subscribed to her newsletter, you are missing out my friends. And if you happen to be able to catch one of her numerous speaking engagements it is a life changing experience you wont soon forget.
